Utilization
Inbound transactions provide an overview of the data provided form other systems as well as the result of the inbound processing that follows. The application allows for detailed data to be displayed or new posting processes to be triggered.
Integration
The function allows for data transferred from other systems to be accessed. Other system might be:

· Warehouse/material management systems
· Quality management systems

Transaction number
Unique number that is generated while communicating with the external system.
Status
The status represents the result of the last processing step. The used status are visualized as follows:
IDoc type
IDoc type of the transaction (whether or not the field is filled out, depends on the communication type).
No. of data records
Number of data records included in the transaction
No. of edited DR (data records)
Number of successfully processed data records included in the transaction
No. of unknown data records
Number of unknown data records included in the transaction
No. of erroneous data records
Number of faulty data records included in the transaction (wrong processing)
Time of reception
Date and time when the system received the transaction
Editing time
Date and time when the transaction was edited in the system
IDoc number
IDoc number of transactions (whether or not the field is filled out depends on the communication type).
Message type
