11. Field Protection for Planned Operations

Usage

You can use the following settings to prevent specific data fields of a (planned) operation from being overwritten when the operation is transferred once more via the ERP interface.

The values included in the "key" field can be separated by "|" and are processed one after the other.

The values for "key" and "value" may also be defined individually. In this case as well, entries are processed one after the other. The conditions entered in the "value" field correspond to an AND relation.

If pipes ("|") cannot be entered using the GUI, it also possible to enter the values directly via the database. To do so, create a new INI entry via HYDRA INI configuration as described above.

Now determine the internal DB counter for this entry using this SQL command:

select * from hyd_ini

Determine the value of the "VERWEIS" column for the created entry.

Now create the required entries with the following assignment between DB columns and application fields:
